Made My Day
The Virginia Beach crew tested out this morning.
Three riders, 1 VO2max power test.
7.5 - 11% increase in power (over last test) for all 3 riders, with one coming in @ 6.32 watts/kg for the testing segment.
Incredible.
Having the privilege to work with athletes of this caliber is a true gift.
