One key to long course success is learning how to put your inhibitions aside, roll the dice and simply "Go For It" on race day. For VA based triathlete Joel Myers, who is Clearwater bound and ready to ROLL, this was his idea of an "inhibition reduction session" as (publicly) demonstrated at the Wicked 10k in Virginia Beach last weekend

Is that dude one of your athletes? I suppose if I was sporting a body that fit I might go nearly sans clothing...
maybe.
pretty hysterical pic.
YES. I am doing IM CDA. It's my 40th b-day present to myself. Or maybe it's the denial of my 40th b-day gift to myself, I'm not sure. You are the first person I know from MA that is doing it! (or maybe doing it.) :)
Yep, one of "mine"
Joel is a great guy and really a really hard worker. I'm expecting great things from him and yes, he is RIPPED!!! I'm about 13 lbs. heavier than I was at Pumpkinman 5 or 6 weeks ago, so if I were to run shirtless in a speedo right now, I'd look like a bowel of jello running down the street.
90% on for IM CDA. Timing is right.
Proof positive that no matter how hot your body is, you should never run in a speedo. Make like Michael and keep it in the pool ;)
I see no problem with that!
did you realize that you said, Bowel of jello" and not bowl. I almost peed myself laughing.
I did not realize that. I do like jello though :)
