Today I turned 32... just a number, but then again, a stark reminder of just how quickly time passes. I'm thankful of the fact that "I'm where I need to be" heading into 2008, and as such, have no problem with the fact that I'm one year older.31 and 2007 were both great "numbers" but I'm looking forward to finally stepping into the main arena and going toe-to-toe with the guys that I've been reading about for years on end. It's a great feeling to know that I'm approaching the pinnacle of my 25+ year athletic career. Lot's of hard work still ahead, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Yeah, laugh it up!
I was talking to Craig Alexander post race at Clearwater and was relieved to see how much gray hair he has. That made me feel a little better...
